    Spend five days exploring the Galapagos Islands aboard the Yolita and enjoy the beaches, history, and wildlife of the central and southern islands. When you want to spend some time underwater, make sure to check out the Devil's Crown in Floreana, a snorkeller's paradise and home to some of the most impressive marine life in the Galapagos. Bird lovers will have their hands full, too, with stops at some pretty notable bird-watching spots on Cerro Dragon. When you're done connecting with the wildlife, get over to Post Office Bay to learn about its history and, of course, to drop off a postcard.

    There are no planned activities, so check into the hotel and enjoy the city. A G Adventures representative will greet you at the hotel and brief the group on the various aspects of the tour.     Day 2Santa Cruz IslandDay 2 Quito/Santa Cruz Island (1B)
    Fly to Baltra. Meet the CEO and transfer to Puerto Ayora. Check into the hotel followed by lunch. Enjoy an afternoon hike to Tortuga Bay along with a kayak ride. Additional Notes: Flights from Quito to Baltra depart between 6:40am and 9:40am depending on the day of the week. These will arrive into the Galapagos between 9:30am and 12:30pm with a short refuelling stop in Guayaquil (you will not disembark the plane). The National Park charges a visitor fee of USD100, payable on arrival, which funds park maintenance and supervision in the Galapagos as well as ecological study, conservation, and infrastructure development in Ecuadors other national parks. Entry fees and the funds they generate for the National Park System are among measures taken by the Ecuadorian government to protect its natural heritage.     Local Flights: All local flights to and from the Galapagos aare included in the cost of your tour. It is important that we have your passport information at the time of booking in order to process these tickets. Internal flight tickets are issued locally and will be given to you prior to the flight departure.

    Flights to either of the airports in the Galapagos leave early in the morning on Day 2 and get you into the islands in the early afternoon. Flights back to the mainland depart between 10:00am and 1:30pm arriving in the early evening.

    Please note that all flights to and from the Galapagos make a 1 hour refuelling stop in Guayaquil.
